I experienced that in most Tibetan schools in India,  from elementary to high school.  we have to learn bunch of mantras and recite every morning and evening. we spent almost more than  3 hours  a day.  its been many years past,  now i realized that  most of the tibetans are very good in chanting a mantra, but doesn’t know the  real meaning of  the mantras. according to my observation i think  religious  teacher must change the old system of teaching dharma.  sometimes i feel that we have learned a dharma like a parrot.  asked  our generation we can recite bunch of mantras right away  but its really hard for us to explain the real meaning of  real dharma
So I urged to all the Tibetan schools religious teacher and education minister in Dharamsala, we must change the system of learning dharma. -Lhaksam
